Our Christian brothers and sisters in Pakistan are subjected to some of the most extreme forms of persecution and discrimination.

Attacks in their places of work, in church, in school, and even in their homes. Despite making up only 1.37% of Pakistan's population, Christians make up 80% of the bonded labourers (a form of modern slavery) in brick kilns across Pakistan. There are increased abductions of girls and women, forced to convert to Islam. The Christian faithful in Pakistan suffer some of the worst persecution and discrimination.

With help from our benefactors, ACN is committed to ensuring practical and pastoral support, providing security fences around churches and seminaries, and where a family was forced to flee after a mob rioted and accused them of blasphemy we helped with emergency aid in the form of a safe house as well as supplying them with other basic necessities. You can learn more about our projects on our Appeal Page here>>.

We ask that you assist our Christian brothers and sisters through love, prayers and practical support. Your donation to our appeal today can bring about real change to the lives of Christians suffering at the hands of discrimination and persecution.

Promotional activities of ACN in Peru.

In the news article above, we mentioned Santiago (pictured 1st from the left), a former alter boy to Pope Leo XIV that now works with ACN in Peru, who shared his experience and memories of Pope Leo XIV.

Working from the Andes to the Amazon, ACN work to carry hope to where it is needed most. In a country that is both vast in size and has a complicated geography, the Church in Peru faces hardship and does not have the resources needed to support such a big country including a lack of priests. However, ACN is committed to bringing God's word to those that have their ears and their hearts open. Today ACN has projects in 36 of the 45 jurisdictions in Peru.
