The eyes of the world are on the Holy Land, and we see our brothers and sisters in Christ struggle to keep the faith alive.

The ongoing conflict in the region has led to unprecedented economic hardship for the Christians who live there. Pilgrimages, which account for over 70 percent of jobs for the Christian community have been cancelled, leaving them in poverty.

Since October 2023, ACN has increased its support for the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem to provide food, medicine and trauma counselling. But as the conflict continues, so many are in urgent need of more aid. We ask for your continued prayers and support so that we can bring God's love to the Holy Land’s Christians in their time of need.

NIGERIA: PRIEST WHO ESCAPES MASSACRE REFUSES TO FLEE

A priest who narrowly escaped with his life following last week's massacre of Christians in Benue State, Nigeria, has spoken of his determination to stay and help the community rise again out of the ashes of persecution.

Father Ukuma Jonathan’s latest interview with ACN comes amid reports showing the death toll has risen to more than 200 - with as many as 20 corpses recently discovered in the bush and inside an empty building.

ACN BENEFACTORS DAY: 27^th JUNE

ACN’s Benefactors’ Day falls on the Feast of the Sacred Heart – a very special devotion remembering the immense love Our Lord has for all of us. ACN’S ‘Benefactors’ Day’ is our way of showing our own love to you, our wonderful benefactors.

This year we are doing a ‘Thank-a-Thon’ on and around the day, contacting just a few of our 'ACN family' around the country to say a huge thank you. Many of you have specifically requested a phone call, so if you would like to hear from us on the day to learn how your support and prayers are making a difference, then complete our contact form here.

Don’t forget that our annual Benefactors’ Day Mass will be livestreamed next Friday at 6pm from The Immaculate Conception (Farm Street). Mass will be celebrated by Fr Dominic Robinson SJ, with a short talk by Dr Caroline Hull.
